A H Khan & Co. is the only B2B warehousing service provider in the country having nationwide footprint across Bangladesh.

We primarily offer warehouses in the following categories:

• Ready to use Warehouses: Our private warehouses that are currently ready with empty space at key strategic locations.
• Custom Warehouses: These are custom built private warehouses which are constructed on basis of clients’ specific needs. These warehouses are mostly rented out for long term agreements.
• Leased Warehouses: These are ready to use industrial sheds that are leased out from third party owners and then converted to be ready for warehouse operations.
• Managing Client Warehouse/Facility : These are warehouses which are owned by clients but the entire facility is operated by us. Starting from manpower management, material handling, utility expenses to safety and security facilities; the entire operations are managed by us.

A H Khan & Co. currently has 32 warehouses with 800,000 square feet of floor space across Bangladesh. These state of the art warehouses are equipped with industrial pallets, modern material handling equipments, fire alarm, smoke detectors, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, modern insulation, water reservoir, armed guards, watch towers, canteen, dormitory etc.

Furthermore keeping our ESG agendas in mind, our warehouses are also part of our “Green Warehousing” initiative. Hence all our warehouse premises have rainwater harvesting facilities, day lighting facilities, solar panels, biological pest control and electric forklifts.
